Charges are expressed in tokens that may be purchased through our webstore here.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR AUTO-REPLENISHMENT

Subscribers commit to receiving tokens for a 12-month period. Initial payment is taken at point of enrolment, followed by quarterly payments. For subsequent payments, a pre-billing notification will be issued 2 days prior to payment being taken (purchases in currencies other than US$ being calculated at the exchange rate prevailing at the date of purchase).

Tokens will only be delivered to the nominated account upon completion of a successful transaction. If a payment fails it will be retried on day 3, 6 and 9. After a 4th payment failure your subscription will be placed ‘on hold’. No further tokens will be issued until the payment card has been updated through our payment gateway to one where funds can be accessed. Once a ‘on hold’ account has been brought up to date, the remainder of the subscription term will run as originally scheduled.

Subscribers can freely increase the quantity of tokens they wish to receive at any point in the 12-month contract. They may NOT however decrease their quarterly token allocation.

Subscribers can continue to top-up their account at any point with ‘Pay As You Go’ tokens, purchased through our webstore here.
